The service at this newly remodeled hotel was superb. the staff was willing to help, even though I only stayed for one night. the location was perfect, especially for first-time visitors to Agra. I enjoyed dining at a small restaurant with a wonderful view.

The security door people should respect the poor people, I mean driver, when we arrive by tutu, the door people very nice to us and say welcome sir, but the shut aloud at the poor tutu drive and try to kick him away as soon as possible. You need to learn to respect people, the poor people are still people!

The hotel is very modern and new, build in 2010-1. Location 15min walk to taj mahalor you can take a conplimentary shuttle. Very clean, friendly staff, very comfortable.
Travel desk was not as helpful as it could have been. Comnucication was a bit of an issue.
